Yes! We ship to Canada, the US, and most countries around the world — usually 7–21 business days once it's on its way. Just a heads-up: outside Canada and the US, your country may charge customs fees or import duties on arrival, and those aren't included in what you pay us.
Every order ships with tracking, and we'll email it to you the moment it's on its way — no need to check in with us.
Of course — just email us within 2 hours of placing your order and we'll cancel it, no questions asked. Once we've started stitching a personalized or custom piece by hand, though, we're not able to cancel it anymore.
We insure every order we ship, so you're covered. If your package doesn't arrive or shows up damaged, just reach out and let us know — we'll take care of filing the insurance claim, and once it's approved, we'll get your refund processed.
We'll happily accept a return if the mobile itself arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect — just reach out within 7 days of delivery. If it's only the outer packaging that got banged up in transit and the mobile inside is perfectly fine, that's covered by shipping insurance rather than a return. Since personalized and custom mobiles are made just for you, one stitch at a time, we're not able to accept those as returns.
